Hope everyone had a wonderful Christmas.

We surprised the kids Christmas Eve with a two hour train ride on the Santa Express. Told them early that morning that I had a photo shoot that would take us about two hours to get there but they were paying mom pretty good for doing photos on Christmas Eve. The trip was beautiful as it took you through the Royal Gorge. Really set the mood for me for Christmas. Thought I would share just a few.

Thanks Colleen and Gus. The kids didn't care too much for the Grinch.

The light in the first one is so magical and bright. The colors are amazing. Wonderful photos here, Shane! And a fantastic opportunity for your children, it sounds quite charming indeed.

Thanks Lynne. Trying to build some lasting memories for the kids while they are young enough to enjoy it. We didn't do alot of presents this year. Instead we are leaving today for the mountains for a family vacation and a little skiing. We are getting dumped on and the mountains are having a great season. Hopefully I can get some good skiing shots at the slopes. Take care and Happy New Year to you!
