My Grandaughters

My two 18 month old grandaughters spent Christmas with us. These are my first shots with my new 50mm f1.4 lens trying to use only ambient light. Hope you enjoy them. They really do smile most of the time but chose more demur poses for some reason here. Since I am very new to portrait photography C&C would be greatly appreciated.

Cute! Yes of all the toys the dog crate is the most fun. I have photos of my kids when they were about the same age playing in our dog crate.

Thanks Josh. I do love the lens but shooting lowlight when the subjects were in hyperdrive most of the time was a challenge.
