lightroom keywords "plug-in" from controlledvocabulary

i am in the process of going through and "re-keywording" my current lightroom catalog and was wondering if anyone is using the keyword datebase from controlledvocabulary.com and if so, what are your thoughts on it? http://www.controlledvocabulary.com/products/lightroom.html

somewhere down the road i may want to make my photos available to stock agencies and don't want to have to go through and change/add keywords.
