My 5 minute video

Hey guys,

My brother got engaged, finnnnally, as in, finally met a girl he wanted to marry, and proposed in 5 months!.....though my family's looking in my direction next (eek!).....so I put together this little quickie video from that night, and I'd love to hear what you think.

The video footage is a little murky, I have a rebel xt, but it doesn't fit in my pocket or rest on my drink tabs well, so I used my canon sd850 to capture all pics and mini video clips (it was nighttime, so a leeeeetle tiny bit of bleaching was needed just to see people). ;)

Would love feedback...I usually do bio vids that last 20-30 minutes...this was my first "quickie" based on only one night, with a VERY limited media pool.

or on youtube if you prefer...(which I hope isn't blasphemy!)...

Mardi Gras hugs to all.....

hopefully I posted this in the right place, my apologies if I did not.

The actual live video footage is not great but gosh you did an awesome job at putting this all together clap.gif :ivar

Is this a program you use or you do this for a living?
If you could improve on the live video that would be a huge bonus.
Love the sound tracks and the other clips and images you used too.
I'm sure your brother and his beloved will be more than pleased with what you've done for them ......... Well Done!! .... Skippy :D

Yeh, the video footage stinks! I need to get a pocket camcorder, mine is not travel. Originally, the footage was so black, you couldn't even see people, lol. So believe it or not, I was actually happy to get something out of it, though I should say, I stink at capturing. My fortay, where I make a living, is pulling together what's already captured by others...usually families and such.

Software wise, I just use Premiere pro 2...each movement was keyed, no plugins, etc.

Thanks for the feedback:lurk . I sent it out, and they sent it to their friends, and the comments, emails, have been insane :wow .

...even got a new client from it for an anniversary video, not something I thought about happening :crazy .

Now I wanna put up more....
