I am using a Mac to manage my photos. I have been using the iPhoto 2008. It does not handle multiple users very well, plus it puts all the photo's in a single file. Does anyone have any suggestions for photo management? Thanks.

Joe

    http://www.microsoft.com/expression/products/download.aspx?key=media

I like Expression Media by microsoft if you don't have an aversion to microsoft products. It allows you to view the pics while they are still on the card and then you can rank and rename them. Once you sort your pictures, you can then download them to to your HD. It is a great help to me in organizing and selecting keeper pictures as I don't have to download them to the HD first.

You can also use it to organize pics on your HD.

It was called Iview Media Pro but was bought out by Microsoft

I am still using IViewMedia Pro 3.5 on several Macs.

How does this newer Microsoft version behave? What about stability? User interface?

Anybody out there with wishing to share their experiences with this new "incarnation" on Macs?

It's pretty much the same. I am using it on a PC and haven't noticed anything different. I don't do any editing with the program as I use mainly to sort my pictures so I can't comment on any new features.
