Watermark Problem

Good Morning and Happy New Years Eve - I have a default customized setting that I use for some of my galleries on upload. The setting includes uploading them with my custom watermark. I uploaded some last night and notice that the watermark was not there. I looked in the photo tools and it was missing from there as well. I looked at my other galleries with the watermark (in the Photo tools) and the watermark command was there. Can you help me figure out what is going on? I would really appriciate it. I want to show a young couple their final wedding pictures but can't email them until they have the watermark.

Were the photos you uploaded < 800px on the longest side? We won't watermark those. See the "gothca" here:
