Custom Pricing??

Hi, I was trying to do some custom pricing for one of my albums and I cannot remember how to make it so that the customer will not be able to order certain pictures. For example: I only want the customer to order Luster prints and not glossy or matte, how do I make that happen.

I believe you need to enter 0 (zero) in the price box for the items you don't want available.

Thank you! That is what I thought, but was unsure.
