Digital frame that good for a $150 and les

ok lets say you had $150 plus or minus to spend on a digital frame what which one would you get and are any of them decent for that price most the one I have seen are pretty much junk also I like to get my parents one but I am not sure how much they would use it. I know it's crazy but like to find a decent one for $75 for them I know I am just being crazy and cheap!

I got it because it was big (8") and high resolution (640x480) compared to other offerings. So far I have no complaints. It's right at the edge of your budget though at $140.

I purchased this frame at Target for my in-law's 40th anniversary, then scanned and loaded over 100 old pictures of them in their youth and through the years. This frame has great brightness and contrast, has 512mb of internal memory, and is on sale at Target for $149:

We bought a wood frame for an extra $10 and I was impressed how nice it was. I highly recommend it.
