Digital frame that good for a $150 and les

ok lets say you had $150 plus or minus to spend on a digital frame what which one would you get and are any of them decent for that price most the one I have seen are pretty much junk also I like to get my parents one but I am not sure how much they would use it. I know it's crazy but like to find a decent one for $75 for them I know I am just being crazy and cheap!

Opteka 8" frame works for me so far
I've only had this for a couple of weeks, but it gets the job done:

I got it because it was big (8") and high resolution (640x480) compared to other offerings. So far I have no complaints. It's right at the edge of your budget though at $140.

I picked up a Westinghouse 8" Frame (DPF-0802) at Best Buy for $120. It does 800x600 resolution which is hard to beat at that price. My only complaint about it is the contrast is set a bit too high and there's only a brightness adjustment.... It has card slots for the major types, and has 128Meg built-in memory. It will even do video of some sort (haven't read the manual yet).

Digital Decor 8" at Target
I purchased this frame at Target for my in-law's 40th anniversary, then scanned and loaded over 100 old pictures of them in their youth and through the years. This frame has great brightness and contrast, has 512mb of internal memory, and is on sale at Target for $149:

We bought a wood frame for an extra $10 and I was impressed how nice it was. I highly recommend it.
