I have been trying like crazy to upload videos I have created with my Kodak Easy Share C330 Digital camera but the sound is terribly distorted.

I have uploaded this same exact MOV. files to such sites as Youtube and Revver and they work perfectly. So I am wondering why will they not work in my gallery?

What would you suggest is a affordable camera that will create nice looking videos and also be compatable with the SMUGMUG format. I would be interested in purchasing a VIDEO camera that would also take still photos.

Also, I have seen videos that have been created using an external microphone. This would be an excellent feature and I would use it often to create interviews, rather than depend on a built in microphone in most video cameras.

THanks for your suggestions and help.:dunno

    John,

I've only done one test but my Fuji FinePix F30 worked with absolutely no problems.

Do remember that there is a time and size restriction on SmugMug for video, http://www.smugmug.com/help/video

Hey John, can you try uploading some again right now - and let us know if you have the same trouble? Our engineers just made some tweaks to things, and this may be a non-issue now (I hope!)... if it persists, write us at the help desk and we'll see what else we can do - we have a few video specialists on the Support Hero team :)
