These are a few shots from a wedding I shot back in September. Both the bride and groom were a joy to work with.
This was my 3rd wedding I have done to date and hopefully I can continue to learn and improve with each one.
Please feel free to comment and critique.

Cheers

Dave

All very good - really enjoyed looking through them. Love the light in number 2 and its unique. #1 is probably my favorite though - great use of black and white and such soft, pleasing light.

    Thanks for posting these.

Thanks so far for the comments. The little wedding photography I have done I've really enjoyed so we will see what this year brings. But I definitely respect anyone who does this fulltime as it is an exhausting day.

Together with the formals from this series, the bride and groom seemed to be extremely pleased with the final product. They were a real joy to work with and we really did have alot of fun with some of the photos.

There is something very special about capturing a wedding day for a couple, sure there is pressure but also a real sense of reward when the day is complete and you feel good about the work you have done for them. My favourite part is logging on the next day and begin to work thru the photos to see exactly what you captured.

Thanks again for taking the time to look and comment.

    Cheers

I love #3. The crop really does the photo justice and allows for the setting to come through but not as overtly as #9.

8 and 10 also really stand out for me. Great job!

I love #3, 4, and 9 (though it looks like 3 and 9 are different crops of the same image - not a bad thing, just an observation). But #3 has got to be my favorite. I have NO doubt the B&G will love these!

I like the composition in 3, 9, and 10, but am not crazy about what you did with the color. What do they look like with all the same color (meaning all sepia or all b/w or all color--not a mixture)?

I also love the window shot. Nice job!
