Hawk ID Please

I took this in the late summer in the local park, and I cannot seem to get a proper type of hawk this is and I'm hoping that someone can proper ID this hawk shot.

    Looking at the chest coloring from the side plus the feathers extending down to the talons, my first guess would an immature red tailed hawk.

    I have to agree with Maestro it looks like a immature Red Tail Hawk.

    I confer it is a Red-tailed hawk.

    Thanks for the ID information Maestro, never seen an immature red tail before. Now I can place this bird in my catalog. Thanks again.
