I spent 2 weeks in Nagano Prefecture over new years, and got some beautiful sunrises over the snow and mountains. Hope you enjoy them. Comments welcome.

Lovely, Mike! I'm astounded at the lovely light you have and how perfectly it brings out all the textures on the mountaintops.

Thanks Schmoo. Yeah it was really beautiful to get 3 or 4 mornings like that. Hakuba sits in the valley between the high mountain range on one side and the slightly lower mountain range on the other. When the sun peeped out over the lower range and lit up the higher range it was just magical. I was just happy to have been up to see it.
