BG-E3 Grip only: price $100, paypal fee and CONUS shipping on me. (what a deal!) :deal

E1 Handstrap SOLD

This BG-E3 grip is "as new" and includes all original packaging, including AA battery compartment. As with a new purchase, no batteries are included.

Canon says:

"The BG-E3 is a battery grip for the Canon EOS Digital Rebel XT that can hold two NB-2LH or six AA Size batteries. It is also equipped with a vertical-grip shutter button, dial, AE lock/FE lock button, and AF point selector button to enable shooting in the same fashion as a horizontal grip."

Because of the XT/XTi's diminutive size, I found this to be an essential accessory; however, since I no longer have my XT, I'm offer it for sale.

New, at online discount retailers, it sells for $130.00

Thanks for looking. PM me if interested.

Excellent feedback here and at ebay (tmoranjr).

Give me a couple of days to see if anyone wants the pair. If no, then I'll sell YOU the strap.

Could you please post a few pictures of it to show my husband? Sounds like a great deal and I'm looking at doing my first model shoot soon. A way to have a spare battery would be a big help. Now to convince him of that...mwink.gif

Here it is with camera and lens. This isn't mine, but it looks exactly the same. One of the greatest benefits of this accessory is that it provides all the essential camera controls at your fingertips when holding the camera in the vertical position, visible in the second image.

It also allows you to change the battery (or batteries) while the camera is still mounted on a tripod. I find this most useful.

And for those sport shooters out there... shooting this way is a LOT more comfortable for those vertical shots (90% of all shots anyways for me) mwink.gif

Debbie: Got your payment. Thank you again. I'll ship tomorrow.

Yes, in fact, it will make you an instantly better photographer.

Pineapple: You really have got to do something about that cough. I'm worried about you. . . .

Wish I could hold you to that.

Oh and if you're really worried about his cough, you could always toss in that 40D with my grip. I'm sure it'd clear that cough right up. mwink.gif
