Invoice Question

Hi Everyone,
I sold two of my photos to the company that my sister works for (and she was quite adamant that another person handle this to avoid any impropriety) and I need to send them an invoice.
Here's my question, how detailed should the invoice be? They had ordered the prints and also wanted them mounted and framed. Should the invoice reflect a detailed list of my expenses plus my fee or should it be as simple as X amount of dollars for each picture that already includes my fee i.e. photo #1 is $400 and photo #2 is $400?
Thanks for any advice,
Zoe

After all, this is what you sold them, right? Also, if you go into too much detail, you may be opening yourself up for questions that you may not want...

Thanks for the advice Richard. Too much detail just complicates things .
