I have been messing around with water drops and other things that go splash, splat, make crowns, etc. . .
I suppose there are some tricks to this as I sure shot alot of frames and get alot of nothing before I get one splash or splat or crown (really hard to get the crown!).
Anyone have any secrets or suggestions. It's fun but messy and maybe there are better ways to do this than what I've been doing!

    Thanks!!!
Wow, lots of info. I know that flash is the key to the capture but it sounds like I am doing this pretty primitively with lots to learn. Boy, just when you think you know something about photography YOU REALLY DON'T!!! Laughing.gif...

OHHH, the anti-freeze is an awesome idea and YES I will heed tha advice about keeping from the animals. FInding interesting fluids to use with different viscosities could be interesting.
Thanks for all the info and the tip site, I'll go read it today.

This is another water drop that I shot in a red bowl . . .
