A pic. of each of my kiddo's from this weeks zoo trip (C+C please!)

I'm still pretty new to photography so I'm really looking for some helpful critique on what needs to be improved in each picture. :)

I know that one of the problem's is that my depth of focus was too shallow here. am I right?

Anyway, here are some random pictures of my 3 kiddo's.

    DOF seems just fine to me. Your kids are nicely focused and the background is OOF - this is, usually, a very good thing as one would usually want to help the viewer focus on the subject of the photo - in this case the children - and not the background.

    Can't wait to see more!

    I love the first two! The third looks a bit more snapshotty to me, but is still a cute pic of your little guy. Your kids are adorable!
