How do you figure out where to shoot? Just follow the dog? How fast are they moving?
Nice job.
I watched the dogs for about 15 minutes to see where was best and not in the way and i got down on my knees to shoot, i would say they are going about 30-35mph
Nice Photos
I know from experience that the dogs running agility courses - especially the jumps are darn hard to catch. You did a good job.
I did learn one thing at a recent agility match - using fill flash is frowned upon (if not totally prohibited). It seems the flash might distract the dogs. That seems logical and I am willing to abide with that rule.
By the way - Aren't the Border Collies great performers in agility?
Oh SO VERY gerat! I love that first shot, the look of determination on the dogs face, WOW! That must have been a blast! I used to have a border collie, she was the best dog, so smart!
Great shots!
