Stole away from the office after morning surgery. The city built a new park in downtown Clearwater a few minutes from my hospital. Not a lot of diversity here, but this park has potential.
I've been meaning to practice with the TC1.7 on the 300mm, f2.8 before MIV begins. I'm pretty happy with this combo.

    Hmmm
Nice shot. Looks like the bird is still hard at work, though. Make you feel guilty for skipping maybe?

Hi Mitch.. I don't blame you for skipping out on a Friday afternoon.. opps, you're a day early..rolleyes1.gif

Nice shots, I love the little flip you always get from those big guys to get the little fish just in the right place to swallow it. Very nice captures !!!

Nice shots. I thought that when medical staff skipped work they went to play golf.

Good shots. The best thing about being retired is that the wetlands are my office.

How many photographers does it take to change a light bulb? 50. One to change the bulb, and forty-nine to say, "I could have done that better!"

Thank goodness, I haven't gotten the golf bug. I can't imagine a more time consuming hobby with no associated benefits.ne_nau.gif

    Now them's fightin' words, I suspect! rolleyes1.gif

Nice shots! I would be thrilled with any of them. My attempts at catching a heron are very, very, very weak.
