applying portfolio pricing

I've been doing this the wrong way for a long time!
Pretty much all my galleries have gallery pricing, which I've copied from one, to another, to another.... but sometimes mess up and get that wrong too. Anyway, I've finally set portfolio pricing, but can't figure out how to apply portfolio pricing to all my galleries (about 300 of them) that have gallery pricing.

I got the below reply from Seth Saupan at the help desk. (Thanks, Seth!)

But it leaves me with a new question: is there no way to delete gallery pricing once you've created it, such that the gallery can default to portfolio pricing? It sounds like the solution below still leaves me with 300 galleries with separate but identical gallery pricing.

The Gallery pricing will override your
Portfolio pricing so what you'll need to do is change the pricing in one
gallery to match that of your Portfolio pricing. Then from the gallery
pricing page select the "galleries: bulk" button. Form this page you'll
be able to apply the pricing from this gallery to all of your other
galleries or just the ones you select. All new galleries you create will
automatically have the Portfolio pricing applied.

Just remove the prices in the gallery setting, and the portfolio pricing will override again thumb.gif

You can also use portfolio pricing for your galleries, but have one or two products priced differently for instance. In that case, all the fields in the gallery pricing will be empty (not zero), except those that you want to price differently from your portfolio pricing. Does that make sense?
