Printing a specific size without having to crop?

Is there any way I can upload an image to my SmugMug gallery so that it will not have to be cropped? Specfically, I have someone who requested the photo below in 11 x 14 but it is cropping and I want to be able to offer the whole enchilada without the crop....

Also...if they were to order a gallery wrap...would the cropping be even more severe due to the wrap?

    The properties of the image are 600x400 pixels, which is an aspect ratio of 3:2. 11x14 is about 4:5 (and not quite 3:4), so you have to a) crop, b) clone in new stuff to fill the gaps, or c) stretch to fit, which will distort the image. Are you sure they want the image to be 11x14 or the whole matted image?
