FT: Canon 300L f/4 and Canon 20D for a 24-70L and 17-40L

Now that I've upgraded to the 1D MKII and started shooting portraits I'm looking to pickup a couple zooms.

20D for your 17-40L.
It is in great shape. Less then 5300 (give or take a few) on the shutter. Never been mishandled, been in the lowepro attached to my 300L which is up for trade also. It comes with the BG-E grip, two batteries, charger, manual and the USB cable. Sorry I have lost the box and the software that goes along with it.

The 20D is still up for sale or trade though.
