Hello, I am having a problem with my slide show not beeing super sharp.
When I view my pictures on my site and enlarge them with the Large/ X large feature they look pretty sharp, but whenever I use the slide show they aren't that sharp at all. I'm confused:scratch because I didn't think that I would see a difference especially on a monitor
Now Can I shrink the size of the slide show to pick up some sharpness.
Can the slide show be a large instead of a XXXlarge format????

Have a look at your gallery settings - in the "security & privacy" section there's an option to set the largest size. I could be wrong but I think if the screen resolution is larger than the largest size setting, then the slideshow feature will enlarge the restricted size photo to fit the screen, thus losing quality (hope that makes sense). So try setting your largest size to the highest ("original").

Speedie is exactly right. For the full screen slideshow, it will take the largest size you allow viewing of, and stretch it to fit the viewer's display. So, for example, if you're a Pro subscriber and restrict the viewing size to medium, it will stretch the 600x450 photo to ginormous proportions and it'll look not-so-good.

While you can't shrink the size of the full screen slideshow, because it is full screen, you can allow larger sizes to be viewed and used for it. Depending on what account level you have, you can also use customization to disallow the slideshow button.
