What caused this search / loggin problem?

I have a new website I'm still working on that I installed a search box on, based on the help section.
When I'm logged IN, I can search and find results... no problem
When I'm logged OUT...... doesn't work!
In fact, this happens on the OTHER PC in my home as well.
I'm scratching my head on this one... any ideas?
www.360photostock.com is the website I'm working on where you'll see the search box. Thanks to anyone in advance for your help. My concern is obvious.

Andy: thank you so much. I'm working so hard at getting this "thing" done, I was up till nearly 3am this morning working on this... I want it done by tomorrow night, done! :-) I'm trying hard to get as much of this done on my own but, my photography knowledge for exceeds my web design knowledge at this point in life, sorry to say.
So, if I lost a little patience, please understand.
There are so many little nuances to this, it's easy to sometime miss or forget the small things that make things "work". The two features I had turned off are a prime example.
Thank you and good night.
