I think were in the same back yard. I'm about 25 min north of Milwaukee.

Just a bit of a boost in contrast and set your midpoint to get rid of the brown (warm cast) and the image will definetly pop as travis said.
You could use the curves and set the midtone in the river on the edge of one of the white light reflections.
