I use a Nikon D50. I've been asked to take photos for a billboard advertisement. The billboard is 10' x 22' and the minimum required DPI is 375. Can I do this with a D50? Thanks for any help!!!

Ya - should be just fine. You can upscale the image in photoshop if they need a specific dpi - use bicubic smoother (works the best of the algorithms). One thing that is easy to not think about is viewing distance. People may think you need a 40000 megapixel camera for a picture on a billboard, but, people view billboards from hundreds of feet away. 6 megapixels will look sharp on a billboard if viewed from the typical distance people view billboards. Your D50 should be just fine.
