Advice on lens trade

I am thinking of trading these lenses:
40-150mm 3.5-4.5 Zuiko
135-400mm 4.5-5.6 Sigma
for:
50-200mm 2.8-3.5 Zuiko
EC-14 1.4x Zuiko teleconverter (1 stop of light loss)
The 50-200mm 2.8-3.5 is by far a superior lens in speed and build to the others, but i would loose a bit of length. I primarilly use the long Sigma when shooting weddings at the back of churches and for sports shots. But with the 4/3 2x crop factor and the 1.4x teleconverter I will likely still have plenty of length with the new setup. I am considering the swap because my birthday is next week, and my wife said she could get me the new lenses (it would cost more than my current setup even after selling my existing lenses - hence the association with the birthday), and last year I upgraded my 14-45mm 3.5-5.6 lens for the 14-54mm 2.8-3.5 and I like the new one so much more. Any thoughts?
FYI I already have a great macro lens, and there are not any wide angle lenses I am really in the market for. So I am pretty satisfied with my other lens coverage.

I'd go ahead with the purchase of the 50-200 and TC but would keep the 40-150. You'll not get enough for it to make it worthwhile and it makes a nice telephoto zoom for when you want go lighter.
I still have mine (now have a 40D) in case the E410 goes down in price so low even I can't resist it
