New Years Day fishing
Not sure if this should be in Landscapes or People, but here it is anyways :wink
It was a 35 deg C day and the temp hardly dropped over night as it was still 34 at midnight.
It made for a great way to spend the evening at the beach with friends fishing and relaxing.
We are at a spot called Challenger beach, which is right next to an aluminium processing plant and also where it is shipped out from.
Its a little industrial but you get that I suppose.
I love my wide angle
The kids getting all creative
Starting to get a little colour in the sky
20 mins later and the sky was just ablaze with colour
ISO 800 and handheld
We only caught herring but it was more about being outdoors on such a warm night and relaxing with friends on the first day of the new year.
Thanks for having a look :thumb

Cheers CantFeel and Giphsub. Challenger beach is about 30mins south of Perth, Western Australia. In an area called Kwinana which is heavy industrial with all sorts of fuel and mineral refineries etc but still has a few accessible beaches nestled in there.
