Chris, I love the Osprey pic with bass (I think it is a bass anyway)
Davev, I really like the bears. I so want to photograph some one day.
Lentz, I love the deer and wolf. Great Action!
Swartz, wonderful colorful capture of the hummer. Just lovely!
Marina, I really like your sandie too. I would love to photograph these two.
Harry, I loved that silouhetted shot when you first posted it and still do! Is the other one a coot or moorhen?
Awais, I love the close portrait of the parrot and I like the B&W treatment with the rock lizard!
BigAl, I love the reflection in the first one. Awesome!
Mike, I love those snow monkeys. They are adorable!
Orv, Interesting pose with that baby turkey.
If I missed someone I do apologize. I really enjoyed all of the pics. Here are mine
From 2007, I have three. First, a loggerhead shrike that gave me a good perch.
Second, I really wanted to get down to the Central Texas Coast to see the only truly wild flock of whooping cranes. I was fortunate to have a good day with them.
Lastly, on Dec 30, 2007, almost 2008, I was able to photograph some bald eagles in the Texas Hill Country.
Thanks Brenton.. I took that with my XTi. We don't see many Osprey around here so I am pretty proud of this shot (right place, right time.. ya just never know).:ivar
I meant to say that your butterfly is quite nice as well. It reminds that I need to pay more attention to butterflies. I basically ignored them this past year.
I think this is one of may favorites. Maybe because how I shot it. I received my 85 mm that day and wanted to test it's sharpness. I plopped down a chair about 3 feet from the feeder and the female hummingbird still came to the feeder. I was as at minimum focus length of the lens.
I've been wanting to post in this thread and I just can't decide. I ask my wife "What's my favorite shot of 07?" Ok, that didn't help. This is painful but I guess there are worse things... I have a small handfull that I like. Considering this is the Wildlife forum, that narrows it down a little. There are 3 that sort of stand out in my mind. I'm going to post 3, sorry I can't decide between them. The first two won local competitions and the last one I just like the abstract feeling it portrays.
May I Play Too?
Hard to pick -- we went to Antarctica in 2007 - and you can imagine what a paradise it was for someone who loves to photograph animals.

I can't compete with the fantastic shots above, but my favorite shot is from Yellowstone. This shot has been done thousands of times by others, but it reminds me of the adventure I had getting there (from Dallas) with my cousin on our motorcycles. The hike to and from the platform was tougher than anticipated, but just beautiful when we got there.
Another favorite was the rainbow in the spray coming off the waterfall.
