I will have one day in the Clearwater area (I will actually be in Port Richey) and one day in the Orlando area to feed my photo taking obsession . I will be playing with my, soon to be, new 10-22 and my baby the 24-70 so I am really looking for good landscapes and cityscapes. For Orlando area I would like to know good places other than Disney World. I don't know these areas at all so maybe a highway or park name or address or something you could give me that would help direct me to an area. I don't mind driving a couple hours out of the way either.
Thanks so much for the help!

This is in downtown and you should find some interesting buildings angles and such to shoot. Orlando doesn't have a huge city scape but it's not so bad. Winter Park is also a very area with lots of tree lined streets.

Instead of city scapes I think I should have said interesting buildings/architecture interesting neighboohoods, neat little beach towns...etc...
Last time I was in Orlando I hit Henry P. Leu gardens (Botanical Gardens) and a fresh water spring park just outside of Orlando. But neither of those are what you are looking for take a look at some of the coastal routes between Merrit Island and the melbourne area.

As far as the city scape goes, it's no NYC but we've got a few tall buildings to look at and some nice foutains too.

Thank you all very much! Now I have some direction and am really looking forward to going. I will most definatly share my photos when I get back. I'm leaving Feb 6 and returning Feb 17. It is going to be a fun trip.
However, I don't think we will top last years vacation. We were at Down Town Disney and some staff came and practacly kidnapped us and before I knew it we were being escorted all over Magic Kingdom and then sleeping in Cinderella's Castle. Wow, that was amazing!!!!!! Too bad I didn't have my camera last year. I could have got some better shots of Cinderella's Castle Suite. O Well,
Anyways again, thank you all very much for helping me out!!!!!!
I also agree with SavedByZero about Lake Eola.
