I stumbled upon that site through a Dgrinner who posted some amazing landscapes on there a while back. I agree, I check up every now and then for inspiration. Thanks for bringing that to more attention here and hopefully the word (and creativity) will spread out!

Pretty funny that you used the phrase "stumbled upon" because I found this web site through the StumbleUpon toolbar in Firefox. I set one of my preferences for photography and it produces lots of interesting photo sites for my browsing leisure.

WoW!!!! That site went straight to the front of my bookmark toolbar Haha, what a great idea, a site strictly for the best of the best of the best! If that place dosn't motivate ya to want to get better, nothin will!!

Thanks for posting this John. I stayed up Friday evening until the wee hours of Saturday morning seriously browsing this site!!! Images like these are wonderful for a starting point for inspiration. I always look at other works to get a few poses, locations, color combinations, lighting, etc. in my mind before shooting a session. By the time I've attempted the shots in my mind, my creative side warms up and kicks in .... I'm more relaxed and so is my subject and it's easier to get in the groove so to speak and come up with my own ideas.

That's awesome!

I actually found onexposure.net through a (mostly lurking) Dgrinner who had posted a fabulous shot up in the Whipping Post. When visiting his site I saw he was a member over there as well.

I love the diversity of this community: everything from beginners to champs who take jaw-dropping shots like those. :ivar
