    Beautiful John - lovely compositions, exposures and great choice of dof and crisp focus.

    I love iris (these are called japanese iris, aren't they?), I have a hard time picking a favorite flower but these are up there.

    How's the new camera? Resolved your troubles yet?

    I am a floral designer, just sold my shop after 14 years and never saw an iris that looked so beautiful! Lovely photos. The first one you should call 'A Petal Ballet'. Has a dancing pose to it. I'm glad I got to see this!
