WTB: 58mm Filters and accessories

I'm looking to get into IR Photography, and I need an IR filter. I'm also looking for some other stuff:
Different ND Filters
Colored Filters
I'm also open to some special affects filters
For Accessories I'd like to get my hands on a wide angle and telephoto for a Sony DSC-F717 - doesn't have to carry a Sony name.....not a fan of their accessory prices :wxwax
I know most of this stuff isn't too much to buy new, but if anyone has something laying around collecting dust I'd be happy to help you out with something that usually doesn't collect dust = $$$
