Maximum Print size

I'm hoping someone can help me out.

I have an image i would like to BLOW UP. What's the maximum size i can go?
I would like to go 16 x 24.

The file info is as follows:

Shot RAW E-500
Converted using RSE
Pixel Dimensions 3027 x 2290
File Size 19.8 Mb Tiff

Picture was taken using a tripod, f16 - 1/30 sec so camera shake should not be an issue

You should be able to go 16x24. With my 20d I could print to 16x20 (and above) and it always looked good. It obviously depends on the image but as a general rule you should be able to print to 16x24.
