sled dog races

Shot a sled dog race today, man shooting in the snow is challenging. Nice day out, not too cold, wish it would have had been a bit brighter. But I had fun, great group of people. Thanks for looking, FM

    One avenue of success was described by Jeff Shultz, the official Iditarod photographer....he dug a hole just ajacent to the course and got eye level with the dogs....I did not dig a hole but used a little more compression....Also, finding bends in the course to allow great compression for the horizontal formating.
