I Need Pictures Asap

Ok I didn't want to e-mail or PM any of the mods...but I have a client, who thought her husband ordered pictures, and her husband thought the wife ordered pictures - so the client called today, and I said "I have not received your order from Smugmug". She was in a panic and wanted to see if I could order for her asap. My question is, if I order tonight...can I get them by Tuesday? I need someone to answer me quick.

    Hi Seneca, okay first things first - when you want immediate help, go to our help desk and Support Heroes:
    http://www.smugmug.com/help/emailreal

    If you order tonight, and then email our heroes, we'll ring up the lab and see what we can do about getting your order printed and out in the overnight mail tomorrow for delivery on Tuesday.

    You MUST specify NEXT BUSINESS DAY shipping.

    Normally, it's 1-2 days in the lab and then ship, but we'll see what we can do :) Be sure to tell our heroes the order#.

    Hi Seneca, we've called the Lab, and gotten things expedited. We expect it to go out today, and ship overnight to your customer for delivery tomorrow.
