I love Brians photos very much, so I have decided to try myself, at the moment I am not very happy with the results, I would love to have more drops in focus, but I will keep trying. Just found tutorialon stacking, have to try this as well:)

    The last one got my vote. I just wish it could be a bit sharper. Excellent series.

    Well they are a lot better than my first goes at these :)
    Love the Chaemeleon refractions in the last shot - were you using a model or a picture for that ?

    I have not tryed stacking yet, bit busy at the moment, but I WILL, my extention tubes arrived as well, can't wait to try them out. I will share results in nearests future.

    Looks like you've got the hang of it - some lovely refractions :)

    Think you just need to be more careful about what is in the background. I spend more time looking for suitable dewdrops to do this with than actually photographing them :)

    Now, see . . . I like the last one best. The one with the really busy background. There's so much energy in that shot, all the sharp spikey things. Maybe that's why I'm not an art critic.
