Help with an HTML error

My wife was editing her bio to include a contact form and messed up the html so bad that I can't edit it. When I click on edit I don't get the text entry window. The best I've been able to do is hide the bio and then access it from the control panel, but the text entry field is locked up -I can't get into it. Any ideas?     Back in your bio under the settings tab you will see this in the middle of one of
    the lines. Try it there.

    bio: change
