Simple question

...which I can't figure out. I want to arrange my albums. I found the page with the info:

However, I can't seem to find the feature to do this. Where is the "sort gallery" screen?

I've searched in the galleries, in settings, photo tools, in customize and I can't find it.

You should see a check box called "arrange" on the category and galleries
boxes. If you do not see it you have it set to display by "recent". Look for
that and change it to "position".

I actually noticed I have to have the "show/hide" in "show" in order for the feature to work.
