customer received bad print

guy said that the print was dark and was damaged... i contacted smugmug customer support, and i swear, within a few minutes, i got a reply saying they'd take care of it AND even had a inhouse pro look at it prior to printing, just to make sure they could get the best print out possible.

here's the image that was printed in 8x12 and that will be reprinted and resent...
