is that I'm posting shots the same day I shot them. Just for you Ann, Dave, and Adam :smack. Taken in sunny Florida :D.

Grackle

American Coot
250197389-L.jpg

Snowy Egret fishing
250197480-L.jpg

And finally, last but not least......well actually it is a Least Bittern.
250197563-L.jpg

And that's only day one. Please note that these were processed on my horribly uncalibrated laptop so there is probably a cast on each image. Yeah....blame it on the laptop :wink.

Thanks Glenn. I've been trying so hard to get good bittern shots. I've found plenty of Least and American but I can't get good images with an unobstructed view.

Karma is a b*$%&. I'm still in Florida because Chicago got pounded by a blizzard so now Harry has to put up with me for one more night because my flight got cancled. Not that being "stuck" in Florida for one more day is really bad. Now I get one more morning to shoot at Vierraclap.gif and bug Harry.

Thanks to everyone else that took the time to comment iloveyou.gif. Just don't make my head too big or I might not fit on the plane tomorrow. And don't worry, I'll be posting plenty more when I get home. It just may take me till next Feb to process them all, I did take almost 1,000 shots a day.

Thanks Adam. The Coot is really just food for the other wildlife down there. But if you can get any ordinary subject in the right light then even I can make it look good.

Hey Jeff how's NY treating you? I just get lazy and take forever to process my shots. My friends bug me because I tkae pictures at parties and stuff like that and then they don't see them for months. For instance I still haven't processed the pictures I took at New Years ne_nau.gif.

You need to get down to Florida next year. It's a blast. You definitely won't regret it.

You should had been more clear about your comment. He meant to say New Years of 2004. This year's party shots won't see the pages of Smugmug until 2010.:D

I guess I just thought 2004 was understood headscratch.gif. Actually I just processed shots from New Years 2006 in Dec 2007.

The juice was fantastic in Florida :smooch.

    Hey Nick!
Good meeting and spending time with you during the shoot. How about this 14 deg-30mph wind weather we are having. I really didn't want to come home, and it looks like my wife didnt want me to either. :)
