New version of SmugSaver is out, version 1.3

Mainly maintenance features.
Now settings are stored per machine, not per user, this will make it so if you have the screensaver set to lock your station or log you out, it will still use your settings.
I also URLEncode all parameters, so usernames with + and passwords with & etc will work.
Lastly, I have added a global catch to try to catch random crashes.
