I find flower shots much harder than bugs to make "interesting" - here's some recent attempts.
last 3 shots are "pharts" - ie heavily manipulated in PS.

    Ohhhhhhhh I just love #4 + #6 + #7 Brian clap.gif

Purple and yellow are just meant for each other,
they are so complimentary, thats my pick of the bunch No. #3

The background in that shot is sooooooo natural too,
colours are just .... beautiful clap.gif way to go Brian thumb.gif ... Skippy :D

Your shooting bugs and flowers and I'm scrubbing floors.
Reno's in the bathroom, laundry, and toilet are almost finished now.
Soon it won't be looking like a construction site inside my house.

My shooting is basically non existant while all this work is going on.

Well, they're all superb, but my favorite is the lavender and green "abstract". It's so painterly.

Thanks Vivax and Augie for looking and commenting.

Vivax- I wasn't sure about the BG in #4 but I didn't have much choice there were only two crocus blooms showing in my garden and the other one was a bit passed it.

    Man you "Killed" those!
"Killed" in a good way. Not sure that make sence, but I liked the images #4 is my pick. Did you focus stack these? MM

Thanks TRP - yes they are all focus stacked - #4 was done by hand with only a little bit of stacking on the flower and not the BG.
