riding the RT Friday and I ran across this guy. I swung around and was able to get a few shots. though I'd share.

    I thought it was a turkey buzzard the first time I went by. Those birds are all over. I looked closer and saw it's head. it was lucky. :D

    Wow! and sitting in the middle of a field like that! soo cool! thumb.gif

    I've been going to a known nesting spot down on the connecticut river for months now hoping to catch them there. Miss them every time, but never fails where someone walks by (there's a path there) and says "oh yeah, saw them this morning!"

    Great pics :) When we were climbing today we counted around 5 bald eagles. I love seeing them.
