Maybe someone has come acress someting limilar...
I'm noticing that when in LIghtroom, I go to EDIT IN CS2 founction, the image gets exported to CS2 (with lightroom changes as per my preference)... so far so good.
In CS2 i add a layer (ie a signature), i make NO changes to ANY color, contract, etc... everything stays the same. I save the image.
Back in Lightroom, I import that saved image that i just edited in CS2 and the colors a slightly off... a bit more red tone to them...
WHAT GIVES ? :scratch :scratch :dunno :rolleyes
...as far as i know i use the sRGB profile in both lightroom and CS2 and with the monitor color profile is also set to sRGB...
HELP ME... it's getting extremely annoying...:cry

LR doesn't "use" sRGB although you can export to that color space. Also, depending on where you view the image in LR, you might be looking at a lower rez preview. Its best to compare a preview at 1:1 in LR in Develop to see the color correctly.
Do NOT set your display to sRGB! Set it to the custom profile you build of that device.

Well, i had some moajor color issues when i bought my new LCD monitor... the colors were WAY off... so the only thing that seemed to work was sRGB for the monitor profile... so i changed both lightroom and adobe to sRGB and they workED fine... not sure what's happening now
What's bad about sRGB....what should lightroom and adobe be set to in terms of a color profile...? PhotoRGB ?

ICC aware applications need the profile of your display, not sRGB.
