Found: Tamron (Canon) 28-75 f2.8 XR DI LD IF Sharp Please!

FOUNDSo I'm in the market for a replacement for my 18-55 kit lens and hear the Tamron 28-75 is excellent. I'd like a sharp copy please. I've heard of several being soft at certain apereratures, and others i've heard of them being tack sharp at 2.8.
I'd like the XR DI LD (Low Dispersion) IF (Internal Focusing) version if available.
If you're looking to upgrade to a Canon L or just want to sell your Tamron, please let me know. Also considering the 17-50 Tamron...

    This is a very nice lens. May not be an "L" quality but 99.9% will never know. Lots of bang for the buck. Used prices seem to be increasing. :cry
