Playing with shots taken this summer and never processed.. comments good and bad gratefully accepted :D

    Lynn,
    I really like this shot. I like the blue tone of the second version. It is a very relaxing scene. The ship in the distance really adds to the shot as well. Nice work.

    Lynn, Yes very peaceful and serene, could picture myself anywhere in the scene, heck even which I was standing where you where when you shot it.thumb.gif
    But I go with #1, I scrolled back and forth between the two and like the overall tone, mind you my favorite color is blue. Maybe if you can only add some drama to sky (red filter headscratch.gif) without effecting the land and sea.

    Hi Lynn,
    I like to go through my old RAW images every now and again. As I've gotten better with Photoshop, I find that I can do justice to some I'd given up on before.
    Of these two, I much prefer the first. I think it looks dramatic with the grey shades and just a hint of blue in the sky.
    Very nice shot, in any case.
