How to upload a file that is too big.

I have a file that is larger than the 24mb limit for my pro account.

The instructions say not to re-size the image so how do I get the file down to under 24mb?

Sorry for the noob question. There is probably a simple answer, I just don't know it. :dunno

    In photoshop, for example, you'd "save as" and use a compression level of 10, or 9 if you have to.

    If you don't have PS, what program do you use?
