Just a few shots from today, Harry and Linda hosted a wonderful BBQ. Great bunch of folks and they are right nice to Canon owners, too! Seems this week is heavy on the Nikon equipment (I mean that literally, heavy as in lots of it and heavy weight stuff they are toting around. Makes me really appreciate my simple set up). But I will admit they get some super shots!

Not a fancy Eagle shot but the best I have even gotten so I am pleased with it.

This cormorant has a nice big fish, fresh caught and full of life.Maybe a bit too full of life.

Cormorant turned around and guess what happened when he did? The fish got away!

He spent several minutes looking in the water where he dropped the fish, then he swam around underwater looking for it. But it was long gone.
