My Old Home Town
I grew up in the town of Harwich, on the east coast of England. I always thought it was an unattractive place, but I was just browsing at some pictures I shot while visiting this Christmas and it seems to have it's good points.
The first two are just across from the first house I bought - taken at sunrise.

My Dad used to take me fishing on this pier when I was a kid.......

The town is still a repair depot for navigation bouys

And has had an RNLI Lifeboat station for many years:

Finally, this is the way to travel to visit the DGrin folks in Holland:

How many photographers does it take to change a light bulb? 50. One to change the bulb, and forty-nine to say, "I could have done that better!"
Harry, you'll note that I managed to capture a bird or two in some of the shots
Cheers!
