The first image though a good one is lacking sharpness.
I'd clone out those little dark marks (spots) on the right hand side of the image, particularly in the green area.
The noise in the second image bothers me too,
Stacking should increase the smoothingness as well as sharpness.
The bottom of the second image has quite a serious flaw in it.
You are soooo on the right track Matasa,
a little more practise and I am sure you will get there

I really don't know why second pic has the noise , actually I am not very happy with the quality of my photos recently and I have no idea what to do about it.

The stack looks pretty good - the border at the bottom is actually added by the stacking prog- just crop it off. Noise in pictures is either from using high ISO or underexposing pictures (or both). You can get rid of a lot of it by using neatimage or similar software, but it's better to try and avoid it.
